Vista install BSoD :(

I'm installing a final DVD ISO version of Vista Ultimate, downloaded from MSDN.

I'm installing it on a seperate partition from Win XP for dual boot.

Half way through the install (on the black screen with the scrolling green bar) I get the BSoD with the following error "SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED"

Anyone else seen this?
