I'm using a Vista Ultimate x64 disc I have used loads of times before without a problem, yesterday I tried to install Windows 7 but had nothing but problems so I went to put vista back on.

At the expanding files part it sat at 0% for several minutes then I got an error code 0x8007045D saying some files it needed were missing. I have never had it do this before, the only thing different with my system is last time I was running WD RE3's in raid and now I have Samsung SSD's in raid. The drives are working as Windows 7 gets further than this and I managed to ghost my old install on fine.

Google search suggests sata drivers but I don't see how it could be? How would I update these? I have a USB HDD and a laptop to help.

Any help would be great, Its driving me mad today.
