Vista + internet = fail?

Hi

I have internet with BT Home Hub and two computers connecting to it.

1 x wireless Windows XP
1 x LAN Windows Vista

XP machine connects automatically.

Vista machine fails to connect to internet automatically

"cannot communicate with primary dns server"

If I open up IE8 and hit diagnose and then hit "reset lan connection". It fixes the problem. ????

there is a known problem with vista and some routers, better off googling it, i think there is no solution for it yet!

mine connected instantly, but i now have a Linksys WAG54G (without putting SL instead of W)

Do you get the internet symbol in the corner saying its connected?

If so try google chrome, much better and much faster.

mine cnnects instantly and i have vista home 32 bit.

ye check what router u have and if its compatable.
