once vista is booted it locks the drive so the manual eject button does nothing, however you can right click on the drive and eject it that way.
before vista gets booted the drive can be ejected using the button..
any idea how to stop vista locking the drive (disabling the manual eject button)
It did work ok installed office and printer drivers and some other bits from CD, then after 3 days it stopped.. I tried removing the drive and re-adding it but still the same... no updates were applied as the machine does not have internet access
