Vista - Maximising and minimising windows

In Vista with Aero enabled there is an effect where the maximised/minimised window is animated to and from the task bar.

Is it possible to turn this off so that windows snap instantly to/from the task bar but without disabling Aero? I quite like some of the other Aero effects.

Windows key + pause/break>advanced system settings>Performance settings>untick animate min and maxing
