Hey, got 2 computers connected together via Ethernet which both are sharing files and sharing the internet connection, the problem I’ve got is Vista updates no longer work on the secondary machine its throwing up errors when scanning for updates, anybody know what is causing this?

Thanks spotted that myself just after making this thread can’t see how my date changed to January 2007 though, strange!

Yeah sorry, something I overlooked don’t need to be smart I'm sure you have done the same.

There are a few issues with the time and date settings in Vista and some have even made it into XP with Windows Live Messenger.

Strange well its sorted now thanks, got over 200Mb of updates
