Vista - no thumbnail of photo files

Hi,

I've got Vista, and in my "My Pictures" folder I don't have thumbnail images of the photos.

what do i need to install/run in order to get this working.

i don't want a thumbnail of every file i hover my mouse over, just want my pics to load up with thumbnail previews.

Go to view and put it on to medium, large or Extra large icons.

Also go to organize - Folder and Search options - view tab. Make sure that 'Always show icons, never thumbnails' is unticked.
