VISTA not reporting 4GB RAM...

im sure NathanE would explain this in detail for you but basically a 32bit os can only access 4.2billion memory locations - 4gb, in other words. some of that 4gb is reserved for kernel usage and what you end up with is ~3.5gb.

Hmm.. I have 4gb ram too, but i knew beforehand that i wouldn't be able to access the full 4gb..

However i only get like 3300 mb, but you seem to get almost 3600 mb..
Any way i can increase what vista sees for me?

You may be able to get some more by reducing your AGP apature size in BIOS. 128mb should be enought for a 128-512mb card.

Its not really gonna make that much difference though tbh . . . ;)
