Vista OEM Install Question

Hi. I don't know if this has been asked before, but how many times can you re-install an OEM version of Vista? I've heard that the OEM's are going to be limitted in re-installs and don't want to have to shell out for another copy just because i've changed hardware (aiming for a C2D upgrade mid way through the year)

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
