What do i need to Change in BIOS to make it more stable?

Could be a few things, are you overclocked or at stock?
If its stock then your probably not getting the volts you need to the mem/cpu or nb.
If your overclocked, set it at stock and recheck

Its overclocked.... Another problem i am getting is a problem with the graphics driver... my monitor keeps on going into Hybernate mode... and then when it finally comes around... there is a balloon on the desktop saying "The System has recovered from a video driver issue" or something like that....

Normally get that if your video is clocked too much aswell, also make sure you have the latest drivers.
