Despite putting in my e-mail passwords and clicking the box to store them, my outlook refuses to store my passwords and every time it is closed forgets them.
I have googled, searched ms knowledge base AND searched on here but as of yet have not come up with a solution.
The closest i have got is a method which suggests editing the registry and deleting the offending key form the registry, however the key refuses to let me delete it, I think the reason for this is that the fix is for xp not vista.
I use mailwasher pro and that has no problem remembering my e-mail passwords.

, from what I've read Vista stores passwords etc in a different way to previous Windows versions . This means that it doesn't agree with Outlook 2002 on password location.
