just wondering what you guys make of this, i dont know exactly how vista rates the performance of each component but i have 5.3 for processor, 5.6 for memory, 5.9 for the rest. Processor is e6600 and memory is 2gb PC6400. I had messed about with overclocking before but ran into a lot of problems cause of the motherboard i think, just wondering is the e6600 capable of 5.9 overclocked? and does it matter?

Surely that will change soon? Else the Performance Rating would just be pointless come the near future...

I would like to think so. Im sure many people have gotten to 5.9, if the E6600 is 5.8, then surely the QX6700 would be 5.9.

i get 5.7 for my E6300 @ 3.2GHz so i dont know how the E6600 at 2.4GHz would get 5.8
