Vista permissions

Trying to edit my conf.ini file for IL2 and it keeps giving me access denied - although my user profile is an administrator. Looks like Vista is denying the game access to the file as well as any changes I make on the config screens are not saved.

Any ideas?

Try right clicking the file and setting the correct permission for it?

It gives me permission denied message when I try and do that, even though I am an administrator.

i was trying to do this for some torrents.. it takes the wee wee that windows thinks it can control what you want to do with your own files don't it! particularly when your an admin on the system!!
