I have an annoying issue with Windows Vista Ultimate 64.
Sometimes the pointer's animations will stop working. The blue doughnut thingy that replaced the hour glass is the most noticable. Changing the pointer scheme can sometimes solve the issue temporarily. But it doesn't last and sure enough that will cease animating too. Restarting the PC always solves it.
I think it usually occurs after playing games but other things can effect it too.
At first I thought it was due to my copy of Windows being, erm, lacking certain elements. But I now have a full retail version and this has the same bug.
It occurs on completely different builds with different copies of the OS so it's definitely a software issue. Possibly a programme I have running in the task bar causes it? Would appreciate if someone could help me as although a minor bug, it's quite an annoyance.
