Vista Problem???

Can anybody tell me how to use the Aero thing and how to make the windows tilt like 3D

Windows key + tab for the tilt? I may sound like an idiot which windows key and do you then use the mouse wheel?

Im trying to do that actually the Alt + Tab gives me the option on screen to switch between windows or Desktop but when i use the windows key + Tab all that happens is it highlights every clickable option on the web page as if i have no mouse. And as for that Aero thing i have a good Graphics card x800gto2 am i not supposed to see the desktop behind the window its just like a metallic blue
