Vista Problem?

Hi,I been using Vista 64 for nearly year now.And ever since am getting more and more BSOD ever.I install every Updates,SP1,hotfixes and check all the drivers are up to date.I even check if there any BIOS update for my motherbroad there are some update but nothing saying for vista.

Here My Spec:
Os:Window Vista 64
Cpu: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2.6GHz Socket AM2
MotherBoard: MSI K9N SLI-2F, nForce 570 SLI, DDR2,
Socket-AM2, 2xGbLAN, ATX, 2xPCI-Ex16
Cpu Cooler: Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme With Scythe S-FLEX 1200RPM Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan
Psu: Ocz 700Watts
Ram: Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX
HardDrive: 2 Western Digital Caviar SE16 400GB SATA2,Ex WDC 240GB
VideoCard: Msi 8800 GTS OC
Screen:Samsung 22" LCD Syncmaster 226BW
KeyBoard,Mouse And Speaker.

I try playing around in the bios,or how the seting should be,But still BSOD.

I was wondering if it could be my motherbroad not being compatible for Vista all something.

Plz Help.
 
doesn it give a dll/driver name when it bsod's?

ege ntfs.sys, nvcpl.sys etc?

i try taking ram out but still no good
