It seems something has screwed up the permissions on my Dad's PC. He can't copy/delete/modify files in the Public directory, same goes for most of the files/folders in his Documents/Videos/Pictures directories.
Not sure what he's installed/done recently.
He can create folders in e.g. his Videos folder, but after they've been created the only user that is permitted to access the folder is "WMPNetworkSvc".
Any ideas?
