Vista refresh rate problem (Nvidia)

On my media center, MCE05 used to work fine, i could set the res to 1360x768 @ 50hz so digital TV and DVDs looked great. In Vista I cant change the refresh rate, there are no custom settings to do it. So Im stuck at 60hz and all my TV and DVDs tear and jump... :(

Any ideas?
