Vista score / Ram

Hi all, I know the vista score is not the best benchmark going but I have a question, I have just re installed vista 64 bit and my new vista score for my ram is 5.5. Im using the Corsair Dominator Pc-8500 running at 1066 and my cpu is clocked to 3.2. Now on my previous install of the same os my score was 5.7 on exactly the same rig, any ideas on the differing scores? Also what can I do to get it up towards the 5.9 max score in vista, any help there would be appreciated too.

I've got the same kit and it gets a score of 5.8, not sure what's causing it but it's running well so I can't complain.

As, JonJ, has alluded to it's a gimmick and, as such, is not a reliable tool to benchmark your system with. You're better off downloading specific apps for benchmarking specific components which are frequently updated as new hardware is released.
