Since I've been having all sorts of issues I've had to do a few re-installs of Vista. Anyway, when I switch the PC on I still have two old Vista options in the startup list.

I basically want to completely clear these options so when I reinstall it again (today) they will be gone and I'll only have the one. I looked on KB but they all seemed to point at recovery which I'm not interested in.

Basically I want my RAID array as new so when I install Vista again it can't see any old entries.

Is this option not in start - search - msconfig

Then go into boot and all the options for the various boot Vistas are in there, just delete the ones you don't want.

Managed to get rid of them. Now just before the OS loads I get two screens of text coming up quickly. One says something about AICP and the other I can't see as it's so fast, something with a G in it or something.

Any ideas? I don't remember it doing it last time I had Vista on.

Hmm, sounds like a BIOS hack. Pirated copy perchance?
