vista sidebar gadget

hey i'm looking for a sidebar gadget that will allow me to view temps (cpu etc)
i don't wanna pay for everest ultimate or anything so i'm just wondering if anyone here could point me to a gadget that would display these without me having to pay for the privilege.
also if not, can anyone recommend a decent free program for monitoring these things as i wish to learn to overclock and i want to be able to see my pc's vitals as easily and accurately as possible!

are all programs that do that, but they won't do it in the sidebar.

I would also be intrested in the sidebar temp reader, wuld be useful, if it was free.
