vista sleep problems

hi guys

since i installed vista updates the other day when i put the computer in to sleep the screens go off but the fans and lights in the computer stay running they never used to do this. is there a way to fix this?

try uninstalling SP1, then re-installing.

go to the "power options" then choose "change plan settings". Then click "change advanced power settings"

then go to the bottom of the list and click on "multimedia settings" and then choose allow the "computer to sleep"
