Hey, how do i install sp1 do i just download the file then install it like you would a normal program ? or a different way? Thanks

Download and run the .exe or ghet via windows update

Yes keep try to use Windows Update -- I have spare SP1 disc that was directly from MS but that for Standalone only - i didnt use it.
