My fathers prebuilt pc`s motherboard fried damaging the HD . so i replaced the motherboard and hard drive , at the same time i upgraded the gpu and memmory . Then it came to the o/s, his machine had had preinstalled 32 bit vista so had no disc . Lucally i had an oem vista 64 disc which had been removed from an old machine of mine. after installing i was sure i would have to ring microsoft and give them some white lies, as allough the product key in question was not in use it had been activated on another machine . But gues what . It activated
