Vista Themes wont work

Hi, I just reinstalled vista cos the previous install was getting a bit dirty etc. I have always used the latoyce theme as its the god damn sexiest theme I've seen in a long time, however, with this install of vista the theme doesnt seem to want to apply. I tried turning off the user account control but still no joy.... Does anyone have any ideas why it wont work this time? Thanks in advance
