Best themes I found were msstyles easy to do just use the uxtheme.dll replacer and away you go.

I don't like the Vista theme on XP, but the best I have been told about was the Royale Blue Theme for XP.
+1 for Luna Element.
You can get stupid Vista conversion pack things.. but really... if you want it to look like Vista that much, just get Vista! The last one i tried totally r****d my system (which doesn't take much admittedly) but yeah.... uxtheme patcher + LE = good

I used to use Vista Inspirat 2 from here
If you want to mimic the Vista look as closely as possible, but you don't want to use Vista itself, Windowblinds is the only way to do it. The best theme I have tried is called Windows Aero (funnily enough) by Fishy fish.
