Vista Themes???

Was in Costo the other day and saw a few nice PC's running vista but they all had a funky Theme. Didnt even know you could get them. This one has a little pink teddy or bunny holding the clock in the gadget bar as well as some other fun stuff. Anyone know of some sites to download?

click get more gadgets theres lots for free download .. and as for real themes last time i checked u couldnt get any for vista? (i might be wrong please correct me if i am)
