Vista Tips !

Hi,
can any one please tell me how I get the Title bar along the top of the window screen. ie, File, Edit, View, Tools etc

I am sure the option is buried some where in Vistaa control panel !

press 'alt' to show it temporarily.

or goto organize, "folder and search options", view tab. tick the option "always show menu".

Just done, thats has really helped.
What about the folder up button that XP had ?

Also in Internet Explorer to display the same file menu as for the Windows folders please ?

I must say MS have not made Vista that user friendly !
