Vista to W7 free upgrade?

My Mrs is thinking of getting a new laptop,with vista installed.Am I right in thinking that she will qualify for a free upgrade to Windows 7 when it is released?

They are certainly available just make sure at the time of purchase that yours comes with the upgrade to Windows 7

I just bought an Acer Aspire 4810T, that comes with an upgrade.
