Vista traceroute

Iv noticed when I do a traceroute to say bbc.co.uk, on vista the names that dont resolve and stay as IP take so much longer to load (the nodes with hostnames loads instantly) then it does on XP - where they load instantly. Has anyone else noticed this on thier vista machines?

I can't see how vista would be any different from xp as you're using command prompt for the trace route not the operating system.

Could it be the firewall or someting else.

doubt it as both my vista and xp machine is behind the same router, and XP doesnt stall when it tries to resolve the hostname/IP, whereas vista lags a lot. Just wanted to know if other users were experiencing the same effects
