Vista Ultimate 32 Loading Problems

Sorry if this has been posted before!! Does anyone experience problems with ultimate loading up? When booting up vista it stays at the loading screen with the bar and does not go any further! sometimes it loads first time or it may take several resets!!! I know i have a oc system but it happens on stock as well. At first i thought it was a temporary glitch but now this glitch is starting to **** me off! Any ideas?

I have just changed my ram to ocz and it still does the same!! i have checked the HDD for errors using windows and no errors.. boots into safe mode but slower than normal boot!

I have tried upping the voltage to the memory and still no change!!
4gb just in case i upgrade to 64!!
