Vista Ultimate desktop wallpaper problem

hi

just selected a nice background however its not showing all of it, the right left side is fine but theres quite a bit missing from the top and bottom.

so i go to personalize and select background and the fit to screen radio button. nothing. so i try tiled and every other radio button and again nothing changes.

googled it and theres talk about a reg key to delete but i dont have it in the first place.


anyone help please?

i did think of that but i thought vista would just correctly sort out the size like xp does, even if it does look out of proportion slightly.

will have to install photoshop

also why doesnt it tile the pic or make the pic wwith borders. its like none of the radio buttons work
