After reading conflicting reports,just wanted to make sure that Vista ultimate Retail comes with both the 32 and 64 bit versions ?

Cheerss.Just ordered from Overclockers.
This brings me to my next question,if I am breaking T and C then delete the post.
I was dual booting ultimate vista 64bit that a mate had lent me.I have now found out that it was using something called vistaloader to fool the activation and when I ran Windows Update,it now say that I have 19 days to activate it.I assume it was orginally a OEM version as it says OEM in the product key.
Would I need to do a fresh install or just change the product key when my retail version arrives and away I go.Dont really fancy reinstalling everything (games etc) again.
