I have been offered a new unopened copy of Vista Ultimate 64bit upgrade. Is this classed as retail or OEM? I am a constant upgrader and do not want to be tied to one OS per upgrade! Dont mind installiing 2000 and then Vista over the top. Any help would be appreciated.
