Vista Upgrade with XP Upgrade

I was just woundering if you can do a clean install with Vista Upgrade but with the disk check being XP Upgrade disk.I know you can do a clean install with Vista Upgrade disk with XP full edition,but does XP Upgrade qulify with Vista Upgrade?

The answer you seek is in the Licencing thread, but for all you lazy people:

Yes, you can do a fresh install with a Vista upgrade disc, but you must also have the media to the 'Qualifying Upgrade Product' for example Win 2000. Your XP disc is not a qualifying product as it is an upgrade, you need a full OEM or retail copy to upgrade from.

Lost the orignal cd so will have to buy an oem or retails vista i guess. :rolleyes:
