Vista Upgrade

I want to go from Xp to vista. Should i get an OEM copy or Retail Copy?

A OEM copy means you can only ever install it on your current motherboard it will not work on any other board/Machine.

A Retail copy will install on any machine /Board thats why there is quite a bit of price difference

OEM unless you plan on doing a lot of motherboard upgrading.
