hi there,
the problem i have is detailed here: http://www.webtlk.com/2008/05/05/usb-stops-working-after-installing-windows-vista-sp1/
essentially all usb devices show as 'unknown' in device manager but upon attempting to install the drivers via web update it tells me that the best driver is installed...even though it clearly says unknown.
my problem occurs irrespective of SP1 actually but otherwise its exactly the same symptom as in the link
can anyone help?
