Vista Weather Gadget not working

This gadget is not working since I installed Vista 64bit,it says service not available,no matter which location I set it to.Anyone know how I can fix it?

It normally says that when the internet is down. Maybe for firewall is blocking something? Try turning the firewall off for a few mins to see if it will connect.

Nope its not the firewall

NVM,I just fixed it,it had something to do with unicode settings
