Please has anyone got any suggestions for the following problem?

I've got a Netgear DG834N on Be Unlimited, on master socket downstairs

Connected to this via wireless I have a my rig, C2D Vista 64 Ultimate with a Netgear WN121T 'N' dongle, and an older P4 XP rig with Belkin 'G' dongle.

Baring in mind this is NG834N number 4 or 5 now we have had in 15 months due to the lock up / wif drop issues, I started having problems again last night with the net connection locking up. Everything has been fine with the latest replacement router for a month or so, no issues, probably had 3 random loss of internet access that have been back up in a minute or so.

Last night I did not install any updates or anything, I just booted up fine, checked emails etc and logged in World of Warcraft but everything froze up immediately, ie naked models, missing button images, DC from server within about 10 seconds. After exiting the game, this had locked up my net connection, chucked me off skype and msn. Was able to reset this with changing the saved network profiles I have on the Netgear wifi app but would do the same thing whenever WoW was launched.

I got round this eventually by forwarding the port for WoW properly on the portforward.com guide and setting up a static IP for my rig which let me log on fine but then the same thing happened about 11pm where it kicked me off, locked the connecton up, wouldnt let me shut down properly and had to restart to sort it out. Meanwhile the XP rig had no such similar problems bar a random DC which lasted 30 secs or so earlier the evening. I just dont get why the problem started now, its been fine now with no problem for a month or so, and no updates have been added... anyone got any ideas?
