Hey, hopefully someone will be able to help me with this problem.
I am using Windows Vista 32-bit with a Belkin f5d7051 USB Wireless connecting to a Linksys WRT54GL Wireless router.
The problem is that I keep getting disconnected randomly from the wireless. It can run fine for hours but then suddenly I can't browse websites, it sits trying to resolve the address then eventually times out. At this time it is still showing a connection to the wireless so I tried the address of the route 192.168.1.1 but it does the same telling me it's trying to resolve the address then timesout. If i leave it for about a minute it disconnects from the wireless and cannot find the wireless when i try to search for it - it shows all other access points in the area but not mine.
I have 4 computers in the house (2 desktops 2 laptops) 2 have vista 32-bit, 1 has vista 64-bit and the other is XP 32. None of the other computers have problems with the wireless.
I have tried changing the wireless USB I am using but no luck. It still does the same thing.
I have tried changing to a static IP on computer having problems but it has made no difference it still experiences the disconnects and unable to find the wireless router until the router has been reset.
Any help or suggestions would be hugely appreciated!
