Hi,

Been trying to get my HTPC Vita 64bit machine to wake up from sleep. I t goes to sleep ok ( via the start menu option ).

Then when I press any key on the keyboard it turns on but nothing is displayed on the screen, and I have to unplug the machine and then turn it back on.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

I've had this problem before too, asrock board, intel chip/chipset, ati graphics. I had a similar problem with my old laptop and vista too. Solution is to just not use sleep mode :p

One would expect the issue to relate to the memory. Perhaps not storing the data correctly or losing something. Have you got hybid sleep enabled? This also stores the files on the HD so if the memory fails, it can use that. If you have cleared "Hibernation" files in a disk clean up, you will need to enter the command prompt to re-enable it. TBH I never actually use sleep mode as I do not trust it to resume with any kind of stability. My pc is on 24/7 any way.

i had that on my gigabyte board, turned out i wasn't giving my ram enough volts, upped it to 2.2 and voila, perfect

i use sleep mode mid game now :)
