Vista x64 - How do I create a flash drive boot disk?

Hi folks,

I am trying to bios flash my graphics card, but cannot get winflash to work with x64.

So that leaves Atiflash, which requires me to flash after booting to dos.

Problem is I don't have a floppy drive, and when I insert my flash drive and right click on it, select format, the option for "Create MS-DOS startup disk" is greyed out.

Anyone have any ideas or alternatives to enable me to flash my graphics card?
