Vista x64 shows different from CPU-Z

Well my overclock at the moment is 2.8ghz (400x7), and CPU-Z recognises this. but Vista x64 is reporting it as 2.33ghz. Is there something wrong? or should I just ignore it?
 
yeah, the speed stays at 2800mhz in CPU-Z and C.I.A.2 or whatever its called is disabled in the bios.
