Vista x64 - What modems are you using ?

Hi.

I'm switching to Vista x64 shortly , but i am not convinced i have driver support for connenting to the net.

I have 2 here :

Sagem Fast800
Speedtouch330 ( ThomsonST330 )

I've Googled , but found no definitive Vista x64 drivers ( I've found "just Vista" and possible beta x64 drivers ).

Is anyone using either of the 2 modems that i have ?

or

Can you recommend a bog standard ( i don't need wireless ) Vista x64 compatable adsl modem ?

I can't really switch over if i'm left without internet connection

Any help , please.

Just USB.

And the new mobo doesn't have Ethernet.

It has a LAN port . ( is that the same as an Ethernet port ? )

As you can tell , i know my networking :eek:

The mist is beginning to clear

So i connect that to the phone socket , then to the LAN port and i'm OK for Vista x 64 * ?

* Because the mobo has Visat x64 LAN drivers

Correct ?

I can't find actuall 64 bit drivers ( do i need them ? ) , would standard Vista drivers be O.K ?
