Vista + XP dual boot

Ok, we all know how easy it is to dual boot XP + Vista, (Installing Vista second), but i recently built a new computer and promptly installed Vista first. For some reason or another, I then created a partition and installed XP on it.

Now I won't get the option of which OS i want to boot into. The computer will boot straight to XP. Its installation has obviously just removed vistas bootloaded.

So the question is, how can i re-enable vistas boot loader?

Cheers.

From experience, no. Vista uses a new kind of bootloader and so far I haven't been able to find a way of editing it through XP.

I'm hoping someone will prove me wrong :)

all yo do is install vista and xp or xp then vista. eitha way vista recreates your menu for you :) aslong as you got a spare partition :)

I did it on my 250gb sata2 drive of c:\25 .....D:\25 .....e:\200 (Roughly)... Sorted :)
