vista32: toolbar stopped working?

as title. the toolbar wont allow me to click on anything, or the quicklaunch icons in the corner. i can access the "start" globe, just nowt else.

any ideaS?

can you only access the start globe when you press the key on your keyboard?

someone has taken a screenshot of your desktop and set it as background.

nope i can click on the start globe. just cant click on any windows i have open, or the taskbar icons.

i can alt / tab through the windows i have open though. it's weird. not installed anything new.

and it's no screenshot as there's no-one here but me.

create a new user account, see if it does it in there..

When was it last working ok? Do you have a restore point for that time? Lazy I know, but cant think what might cause it.
