i think i have talked myself into buying vista64 now how big a partition would you recommened to let it stretch its legs?

i have a 120gb and 250gb drive at moment most likely be removing the 120 for a 500gb some time soon, i like to keep my games and data on different partition.

also are the usb memory sticks for superfetch worth getting if so how big what make?

cheers

I installed it on a 50 gig partition, using 30 now after a year. You don't want it any bigger really because it sets aside up to 15% of the drive for system restore and shadow copies.

You don't need a usb drive for superfetch. Its readyboost that your thinking of, which you only need if you have little ram. Your better off just getting more ram than a usb drive for readyboost.

Make sure all your drivers are available first; I didn't and am now going back to 32bit so that I can use my printer and scanner.:(
