This or rather somethign similar kept coming up in the past and now this one is happening:-

Happens when I click on a link from inside Windows Mail.
Any clues?
Just for you to know... Y: and Z: are my Daemontools Virtual Drives, it does it for the first empty DVD Drive, so if I took a Disk out of R: then that would show up instead of Y: and this would not show up if I mounted ISO images into them...
So, WTF has a disk being in the drive got to do with opening up a HTML link from inside Windows Mail I ask?
