I have been using my Sony DVD hardware for a little while now. It has opened home burned as well as commercial DVDs with no problems at all, all under Vista 64.
A colleague recently sent me a DVD that Vista just cannot 'see'.
I tried the DVD in another PC that runs under XP...no problem at all...
I've done some searching under Google and checked out the registry 'fix'...not applicable in my case as the Vista install was not an upgrade of XP so the suggested registry file removal was not able to be carried out as the files did not exist (I checked out the registry very carefully).
So I'm stuck...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Michael
