Folding for OcUK
Hi guys.

I seem to remember a while ago someone said about a program that lets you see what the protein your folding looks like.

I've had a search on the forums and google but I can't find it.
Does anyone know what it is?

I ask because we have an open evening tomorrow, and I thought it would be a good idea to have it up on the computers in the science lab.

Cheers Rich. I thought it was J somthing, but i couldn't figure out what.

I might give electron microscope a go. That way parents can 'interact' with folding.

@shadowscotland

I don't run BBC CC anymore. I used to, but because of the time it took to crunch the units and after the mess up that they had, I put the machines back to folding.

I think Jmol may allow you to do the same - there's also the website where you can view a sample of pretty much every project ever run :cool:
